To enable your loan application to proceed smoothly and swiftly, please ensure that copies of the following items accompany your application.
||For PAYG earners
Two recent payslips and/or a letter from your employer confirming income, position and length of service in the company. This letter should be on company letterhead and signed by an Authorising Officer.
Copies of the last two years Group Certificates and/or tax returns and or tax assessment notices.
For Self employed
Last two years full tax returns (Personal and Business/Company) and tax assessment notices
Full Financial Statements for the last two years of all related Companies/Businesses.
||Copies of all bank or investment statements evidencing deposit funds saved over the last six to twelve months.
||Copies of last 6 months statements of all commitments, including those not being refinanced
||A letter is required form the person providing the cash gift, stating the amount and that it is not repayable.
||Copy of current lease or rent appraisal or evidence of receipt of rental income.
Letter of opinion from Managing Agents stating reasonable rent
||Last twelve month loan statements evidencing satisfactory conduct of existing loans being refinanced.
Copy of latest council rates notice for each security property
Copy of contracts for loan to be refinanced for stamp duty refund
||Front page of the contract of the property you are buying showing purchaser and price details.
Copy of title deeds for any unencumbered properties to be used as security
||Front page of contract of the property you are buying showing purchaser and price details.
Front and back page of contract of the property you are selling (if applicable) showing sale price details.
Complete Deposit Bond Application Form.
Cheque to insurance company for the relevant premium.
||Copy of the plans and specifications. Copy of builder’s fixed price tender.
||Cheque made payable to your recommended lender.
||Copy of passport or birth certificate, and drivers licence.
